Steps:

1) Do the Goin Clubbin Job line

2) When that job line is done click on repeatable jobs.

3) Decide which club you want to join by viewing their page and seeing what they are all about.

4) To see which each club is all about you can look through some of the posts in each section on the forums as well as going to the Jobs Page in NR and clicking on Racing Clubs link and then going to each clubs page individually and reading there.

5) Once you have made your decision come back to the repeatable jobs page and do the repeatable job for the desired club until you have gained 100 reputation at which time the club will then allow you to join and give you a jobline which will result in you gaining a car from that club.

I broke it down into steps hoping to make it simplier and easier to understand and cover all basis for anyone else that may read this post with the same question.
